On August 20, your meal can help change lives.
As a proud partner of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Canada, A&W will donate $2 from every Teen Burger sold to support Canadians living with Multiple Sclerosis and to help fund critical research, advocacy, and support programs.
What is Multiple Sclerosis (MS)?
Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic disease that affects the central nervous system—the brain and spinal cord. It damages the protective covering of nerve fibers, disrupting communication between the brain and the rest of the body. Symptoms can include fatigue, vision problems, difficulty walking, numbness, pain, and challenges with balance and coordination.
Who is affected?
MS is most commonly diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 49, often during the prime of adulthood when people are building careers, raising families, and pursuing their dreams. It can affect anyone, regardless of age or background. Canada has one of the highest rates of MS in the world.
