I’m sorry everyone, but I’m afraid that due to personal circumstances I won’t be at the Garrison market this year.

I really wished I could be back to see some familiar faces, a huge thank you to all the repeat customers, but I do hope to be back sometime soon.

I’m afraid that due to personal reasons, (edit: nothing bad) Papa’s Pasta will be cancelling the last two markets we had scheduled this summer, on August 10th and 24th.

I would like to thank the Garrison Night Market, Fredericton Tourism, my staff, and all of our customers, especially our regulars.

It was great getting to know you all, trying to remember your names, and making your pasta.

It is my sincerest hope that I see you all again next summer.

Papa's Pasta is hiring. $20/hour for five casual nights this summer, potentially the Wednesdays before if you wish.

Do you enjoy cooking? Have a teen in Fredericton who’s thinking about being a chef? Learn to make fresh pasta!

I’m looking for 2 people this summer. One to work market nights in the stand on Thurs (3 or 4-9:30) (

And another to work market nights and potentially Wednesdays before the market from approximately 6-9.

Papa's Pasta has received confirmation about the dates this summer. Assuming all is good to go.

Come see us this summer for your fresh pasta fix, and we may be adding a new menu item, “Taco Pasta”, (sorry Nonna), but trust me, it is delicious. We’ll have all our traditional items as well, including the best Alfredo in Atlantic Canada. (I don’t really know if that’s true, but I’d say we’re close, at least top 3, but I think we’d win a “Pasta Off”. Any challengers?)

This Thursday, September 1st, is our LAST WEEK at the GarrisonNightMarket. Come out for your last chance to get Papa's Pasta this summer. We hope to see you again next year, and want to thank everyone who helped us, ate our food, and made this experience something special.

This week, I’m going to make a little more Amatriciana, we’re going to bring enough cheese so we don’t run out of Alfredo, and hopefully I get time on Thursday morning to make some Pesto. SEE YOU THERE!!!!
