One of the greatest rewards of this journey — the people who walk in as guests and somehow become family. ❤️
There’s something incredibly special about hearing, “We used to come to your downtown location,” and then realizing they followed us through the curling club, the golf club, and now to our new home.
Through every move, every challenge and every new chapter, familiar faces kept showing up. That means more to us than we can put into words.
We love being here, being hands-on, serving you, saying hello and hearing your stories.
Because at the end of the day, Namaste has always been about so much more than food. It’s the people, the conversations, and the relationships we build along the way.
And meeting the people who continue to support us? That might just be our favorite part of it all. ❤️

Fall has arrived at Namaste Fredericton. 🍂

And with it, a menu built around the flavours we crave as the weather begins to cool.

This season brings crispy cauliflower with sweet maple and a little chilli heat. Slow-cooked lamb, butternut squash and fragrant biryani spices. Smoky clay-oven roasted eggplant layered with cinnamon, clove and cardamom.

Warm, aromatic, a little indulgent — and unmistakably fall.

At the bar, the season continues with our Autumn Equinox and Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini.
