Had our first delivery tonight!!
The package included spaghetti and garlic bread for dinner, dill macaroni salad with cucumbers and cheese for lunch tomorrow, variety of desserts including cherry strudels, cookies, fudge and muffins, a container of juice with plastic cups and silverware and all the food was in plastic containers as well so nobody in the family had to do dishes! Everything that was made was homemade fresh except for the garlic bread that was picked up this afternoon. The name was blurred out on the card for confidentiality. It was an absolute honour of mine to do this for a local family and I feel so blessed to be able to do it for them! Here’s some pictures I took before running out the door to deliver!

Our goal is to provide high quality homemade meals weekly to families in need of a fresh cooked meal for an evening.
There are currently three ladies who are running this page. Every week, we will each provide a family a meal who’s needing some extra help, leading to three families receiving a meal each week. Some of us who are running the page have needed help before and we know how hard it is to struggle to feed your family. Now, we want to help in a way that we’re able to and happy to do. All we ask is that you provide us your family’s size, any food allergies and your favourite dinner meals that we could make for you! We are delivering in Fort Saskatchewan only at this time. Please, if you are in need yourself of a meal one night or know someone who’s in need message us so we can help. We can provide a very large variety of meals, nothing much we can’t make! When you message the page, you will receive an automatic message asking your family size and favourite meals so that when one of our admins is able to answer you we’ve already started the process to make things easier and quicker. We cannot wait to start helping and providing for the community!
