Pyaaz kaatne par ek gas nikalti hai jise syn-propanethial-S-oxide kehte hain.

Black Pepper Powder- a Pinch

Process:
On an empty stomach you can take 1–2 teaspoons of Indian gooseberry (amla) powder with lukewarm water. About half an hour later chew 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds that have been soaked overnight then drink the soaking water.
At night
Include turmeric and black pepper in warm milk.
Cut back on sugary foods soft drinks fried foods and refined flour (maida).
Aim for at least 30 minutes of brisk walking every day.

These healthy habits may help support the management of fatty liver blood sugar and cholesterol when combined with an overall healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients:

4 Limes
1 Litre Water
Ice Cubes

For the Rabri

1 Litre Milk
300 grams Sugar
Method
In a heavy-bottom pan, add 1 Litre milk and 300 grams sugar. Cook on a low flame, stirring occasionally, until the milk is slightly reduced. Do not make it too thick. Let it cool completely.
Grate the zest of the limes and keep it aside for garnish.
Cut the limes into pieces and add them to a mixer jar.
Add 1 Litre water and a handful of ice cubes, then blend well.
Strain the mixture if you prefer a smoother drink.
Pour the lime mixture back into the mixer. Add the cooled milk reduction (rabri) and blend for a few seconds until well combined.
Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled drink.
Garnish with the reserved lime zest and serve immediately.
