Today was BIG!

I had a respectable 2 dozen, 11th boy birthday order booked today which made for a good base to any donut day! And I got to make a custom sprinkle blend🔵⚪⚫

Then I got a HUGE 10-12 dozen order for our favorite La Gloria food truck, for the last FTF giveaways!! Julieta and Pedro are such fantastic humans

#1, for making AMAZING food
#2, supporting the little guy 🙋🏼‍♀️ it me, I'm the little guy
#3, always have time for a little catch up in the middle of their crazy days!!

So if you find yourself in Lethbridge today, head over to La Gloria for the 🌮 obviously, but a bonus 🍩 never hurt anyone!

Thank you Julieta Romo !! 😘

So with such a large quantity today, I had to enlist some help, trusty ole Maddie Meech. This girl can work!! We hammered out 12.5 dozen in no time!!
Thank you 😘

I had a taco when I dropped off, and wouldn't you know it, I'm gonna go back for seconds for supper🤣

Enjoy! 🍩

I'm really toying with the idea of trying more handmade donut shapes, as these cinnamon sugar are! Obviously not so donut shaped 🤷🏼‍♀️ but so much more character!!

SOLD!!

Experimentation donut day! 🍩
Brought to you by the strawberry 🍓

I bought a proofer a couple weeks ago, and decided to give it a try on a non committal donut day, in case things go sideways. It was a gamechanger...so much so that I may need to upgrade my little 3 donut/fry fryer 🤷🏼‍♀️

So that was great, I also had the idea to incorporate freeze dried strawberry powder into my dough, while I think it would make a difference if I was willing to use as much powder as needed, I don't think i will 🤣

I'm also constantly watching donut pages across all platforms, so decided to try some different methods of portioning, sizing, forming. Let me tell you, I adore the hand formed shapes, they are so rustic and quite charming!

So with all the experimentations noted above, I'm happy to offer
7x 6pks- $12 each

Comprising of

Strawberry sugar
Vruchten Hagel glaze (the little fruity Dutch sprinkles)
Strawberry jammer (1/box)

I hope you enjoy the last dash of summer, in days and donuts🍓☀️
