We’re looking for someone passionate about barbering, community, and building their skills in a modern shop environment.

You enter Turtle Island, choose a chai, then we ask:

“Sweetened or unsweetened?”

That question usually catches people off guard.

We’ve chosen to offer chai a few different ways because everyone has a different idea of the perfect cup. Some people love a sweeter, classic chai latte, while others prefer something more tea-forward with control over the sweetness.

Option 1: Chai Concentrate
• Smooth and familiar
• Pre-sweetened
• Rich, comforting chai flavour
• Great for those who enjoy a sweeter, classic chai latte

Option 2: Microground Chai
• Made from finely ground whole tea leaves and spices
• Bolder, more complex flavour
• Unsweetened by default
• Can be enjoyed completely unsweetened or customized to your preferred sweetness level

Both are packed with warming spices and make a fantastic chai latte—they’re just different experiences in the cup.

And if you prefer a traditional tea bag-style chai latte (Option 3), we’re happy to make it that way too.

As always, all options are available hot or iced and can be customized to your liking.
