We’re open for dinner tonight and would love to host you.

Tomorrow night, Friday, we’re welcoming back Joe Ireland Band and will be serving our meat platter, which includes a starter, grass‑fed steak, lamb loin chops, chicken roulade, gratin potatoes, carrots, and a burgundy red wine jus.

Reservations are still available for tomorrow night, please reserve online.

Our first Sauce Workshop was such a joy.

Five participants, so much laughter, and a whole afternoon of taking in the foundations of great sauces. No whisking marathons, just real technique and a relaxed atmosphere.

We’ve opened two more dates on March 2nd and April 13th for those who would love to come out for a delicious afternoon of learning.

If you want to experience the building blocks of flavour, from stocks to reductions, emulsions, and more, this workshop is for you.

Michelle & Stéphane were simply amazing last night — a full house and such a great atmosphere. We can’t wait to have them back at Gems.

Next Friday is Meat Night, and the Joe Ireland Band returns for their sixth performance.

Please note: Gems is closed tonight as we prepare for a private function. We’re back to our regular schedule next week — open Wednesday to Saturday from 5–9 pm, Fridays open late, and Saturday brunch from 11:30–2 pm.

This week at Gems

We are open Wednesday to Saturday from 5 pm–9 pm, with Friday open late as always.

This Friday, we’re welcoming Michelle & Stéphane from Onoway for their first performance at Gems.

They bring a mix of country, folk, and old‑time rock and roll, with warm, easy listening that fits the room beautifully. We’re looking forward to having them at Gems.
