WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Victoria Inn Hotel and Convention Centre in Flin Flon is searching for a Guest Services Agent. This position will require exceptional organizational abilities and the desire to interact with employees and guests on a daily basis. Only candidates that have a positive customer service attitude will be considered. Successful candidate must be available to work all shifts, including overnight.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
You will learn a full working knowledge of the Skytouch Hotel System and Daily Guest Room Operation Procedures. Candidate will attend department meetings as well as professional development courses and workshops.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Through the guidance of the Front Desk Manager, support the daily operations of the Guest Services Department by providing superior guest service. Provide assistance to employees from other departments, and ensure proper procedures, policies and standards are being followed.
