Picnic Tapas + Social Picnic Tapas + Social is located in historical downtown Fernie BC 701 - 2nd Avenue. (250) 423-7666. 22 wines by the glass. Kitchen Open till midnight.

Reservations accepted. We are an eighty seat restaurant accomodating groups from 2 to 100. We use the freshest ingredients and source local meat and produce as much as possible. 12 wines by the glass and plenty by the bottle. We aim to make everyone's visit to our quaint little restaurant a memorable one. Hope to see you soon.

Our latest and greatest menu news is that we've added Loaf Bakery as one of our suppliers! Yummmmy. Come try our mussels and soak up the sauce with some of their amazing sourdough, add a glass of vinho verde to that combo ... heaven really.

We are thrilled to add Beanpod Chocolate as one of our great local suppliers! Now you can finish off your dinner at Picnic with their delicious chocolate, paired with delectable cheese and a house made fruit compote. mmmmm, oh and don't forget the oh so good espresso too!! Can't wait! May 11th!

Picnic will be closed Monday, Apr. 30th and reopening Friday, May 11th for lets say .. a little spring cleaning.
We celebrate this season as it is intended .. with growth and change. So prepare yourselves to: snack, indulge, nibble, feast, sip, guzzle, share, not share (no you really should share), after work, before work, on a date, solo (you know you want to), with kids, without the kids (dare I say yah), all decked out, biking digs (oh those shorts), laugh (oh so loudly), cry (oh so softly), enjoy, REALLY enjoy.
