This week’s feature from our weekend brunch menu is Shakshuka — a traditional North African dish bursting with flavour. Two eggs are gently poached in a rich, simmering blend of tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, warm spices, and fresh herbs, then served with gluten-free toast option for the perfect brunch experience. 🍅🍳
We have several team members with celiac disease, so while our kitchen isn’t 100% gluten-free, we take extra care to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
