At last… 🌹

Valentine’s Day at Bramasole was something special.

From the first oyster to the last bite of cheesecake, guests leaned in, slowed down, and shared something beautiful. Our FoH team had a front row seat to the magic — watching tables savour every course of Chef Corey’s love letter. 💌

Corey, thank you for the care, intention, and heart you put into every single bite. It showed. It was felt. And it was wildly delicious.

🎄 I’m ready for Christmas… hospitality-style 🎄

In hospitality, being “ready for Christmas” looks a little different.
It means long shifts, full dining rooms, extra-special care, and giving it our all so every guest feels welcomed, celebrated, and taken care of ❤️

Before the holiday hustle officially kicked off, we pressed pause.
Chef Corey hosted a Bramasole Holiday Gathering — potluck-style, mimosas flowing, a white elephant gift exchange, lots of laughter, and so much heart.

It was a reminder that before we’re servers, cooks, hosts, and bartenders…
we’re people. We’re friends. We’re family.

And that sense of connection? It’s exactly what we bring to the table for our extended Brama family — you.
