Happy New Year! As we reflected on 2025, we are so grateful to all of you for your continued support of From Scratch. We know many of you miss the market bistro and we miss you! Stepping into 2026, there is so much going on! Lara continues to work with Columbia Valley Food and Farm developing the food recovery program with dedicated locals. She is also consulting new food businesses, teaching adult cooking classes at College of the Rockies and for seniors/families with CBAL. Adrian is consulting back and forth in Yellowknife as he oversees camp management in the North. We are continuing our retail food line and catering the odd event. Our vision for 2026 is to become even more community focused, fill the gaps around food security in the valley, and create some exciting events with celebration! Our dedication to local food, and exceptional service remains unchanged even though our day to day looks much different. As we raise a glass to all of you, here’s to a fabulous 2026 as we look forward to crossing paths soon!💞🥂
