In response to Steven Todd Comment and for clarification purposes :
I Luz Hernandez owner of this business was notified of said propane leak on August 13 at 4pm after I had been there earlier that day at ( 12pm) precisely checking my propane tank and had taken a picture of the tank gage showing a little less than 30% propane and after being notified by the fire department of said leak the tank was at the same 30% mark , which left to doubt the leak was as concerning/ serious as reported ( also as you imply with the ticking bomb comment. ) After proper professional inspection by propane provider it was noted the leak was very minimal on Monday August 18 and was taken care of immediately. The building has indeed been cleared by the fire department and is COMPLETELY SAFE AND OPERABLE.
Just as I don’t need to give you or anyone else an explanation of my personal reasons for my choice to be temporarily closed I also do not appreciate your “ignorant “ opinion of said “bad decisions” of ours because as far as I know you are not a shareholder of my business therefore literally you have no business in any way or form to know of any decisions made in my business .
I am not advertising a tent city , I am only hoping to lend out a hand in time of need for those who are literally without a roof over their heads with the resources I have and willing to offer wholeheartedly.
I only posted my offering and made sure to tag the RDEK in support to ensure my proposal could be considered if and only when acceptable and under appropriate regulations. I am also in contact with Susan Clovechok Electoral Area F Director for support and guidance in how I can be at help in this situation and also coordinating with the protective service manager in charge on how to best deliver the support.
Now if you or anyone else would like to be CC’d in regards of this matter I have no problem doing so just leave your email address in the comments .
To my dear amigos who have supported my family business from the beginning until now THANK YOU so much for your kind words of encouragement .
Thank you kindly,
Luz Hernandez / Su Casa hvh
