It never gets old baking buns!

An Eatonia farmer brought lamb chops for one of my farming groups to try. They were a shoulder cut chop, so I seared them and then slow roasted them on a vegetable medley and covered them in fluid for a slow bake. They turned out perfectly!

Today I did brunch for my farming groups!

I’m all about mixing it up!
Everyone dined on
Pancakes, sausage, quiche, juice, cinnamon rolls (out of the oven less than an hour before serving! Also this delicious fruit salad.

I squeezed lemons and added sugar and a touch of water and reduced it down to a thick syrup and tossed a bit into the fruit. It’s absolutely devine!

Chicken stuffed crepes were on the menu Wednesday night for our farmers. I’d say a wonderful new addition to our repertoire!
