People have been asking… what’s with Bigfoot? A beautiful bestie shared what Sabe means to her, and it made me think about what he means to me. “Believe in yourself, even if no one else does.”We know the history of this location in Espanola. Many restaurants have come and gone, each for their own reasons. So why did we choose it? Honestly? The space. I wanted room to CREATE. As a lil girl, my parents bought me a recipe book and would buy the ingredients to make what l wanted. Sometimes the dishes turned out and sometimes we’ll let’s just say my siblings love me 🤣🤣🤣

🦗 crickets 🦗

When you’ve been so busy you don’t even have time to make a post saying how busy you are. 🥱
Our adventures have taken us from pow wows ➡️ caterings ➡️ supply runs ➡️ cooking ➡️ cleaning ➡️ repeat. Somewhere in there we apparently forgot social media existed. 🙊 The best part? We get to do all these crazy adventures with the people we love, so most days it doesn’t even feel like work. 🩵
But after 4 weeks of go-go-go, the body finally said:
Madahbin (sit) I think that’s how you spell it 😂

So if you’ve been wondering where Morningstar’s has been… everywhere. We’ve been everywhere. 😭🤣
