With everyone struggling to put food on the table I thought I might share some food prep ideas to save money. Also when I find a good price on something I'll let you know too. We may as well take advantage of sales. Items will be specific to High Prairie only.

Whole brisket at Wholesale Market is $5.99/lb until Oct 1st. If you'd rather pay more you can go to Freson where its on for $9.98/lb.

Lean ground pork is on at Freson for $4.98/lb. Its a good replacement for beef.

Bacon at Wholesale is $4.99/lb and at Freson its $7.48.

Freson has 6 lbs bags of Gala apples for $8.88 (USA).
