Gonzalo Alvarez, in Jardin, Antioquia, Colombia is the owner of Hacienda La Arboleda. His coffees are grown in partial shade (cherry, plum, avocado, guamos) and Rain Forest Alliance Certified.

This coffee is a lighter medium roast giving it a beautiful touch of acidity (not too much) and ends on a sweeter tone! We always roast in small batches to make sure coffees are fresh!
