The Jalapeño Popper Burger is not holding back.

Ten years ago, Millstone Public House was one restaurant with 25 employees. Today, our family of restaurants employs more than 140 people across Nova Scotia. A lot has changed over those ten years. What hasn’t changed? We’re still locally owned and operated. 🇨🇦

Our Salmon Cake is the kind of dish that makes you pause after the first bite.
Crispy, golden and perfectly crunchy on the outside, with tender salmon at the centre, it’s layered with creamy house made dill tartar sauce, bright quick-pickled cucumbers and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
