**📣 Important Announcement from Sub Zero**

After two wonderful years serving the Delta community, we want to share that Sub Zero will be closing its doors permanently in two weeks. This decision wasn't easy, and we're deeply grateful for your support and the memories we've created together.

But as one chapter ends, another begins! We're thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our new venture: **Julianna's Café** in Elgin. Julianna's will offer a warm, inviting atmosphere where you can enjoy delicious food, great coffee, and the same friendly service you've come to expect.

Stay tuned for updates on our grand opening date and sneak peeks of our new menu. We can't wait to welcome you to Julianna's and continue serving you in this exciting new setting!
