Swap Studio is a regular Clothing Swap in Edmonton hosted by Life Preloved featuring collaborations with local businesses and brands. Fashion is forward.
A Clothing Swap can be defined as a type of event wherein participants exchange their valued but no longer used clothing for clothing they will use. Clothing Swaps are considered not only a good way to refresh one's wardrobe, but also are considered an act of environmentalism... and we'd like to add that they are also considered an act of fashion.

When you arrive, hand over your items to us and we'll take care of the rest. We'll hang up and display your pieces for other guests to browse from. New items of clothing will be arriving throughout the event, attend at any time! Make your way through what has already arrived, and take home up to 20 new to you pieces! That's it! Please note, no change rooms.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK! Buy your coffee, beer and small menu items there!
Swap Studio works to promote local forward thinking businesses in walkable communities.
Why are Clothing Swaps important? When you donate your unwanted clothing to thrift stores, 80-90% is unsold and is then destroyed or sent overseas for surplus and recycling. Reusing your clothing locally in our own community helps reduce fashion's index as a polluting industry.
