A little reminder from a small business 🤎

If something isn’t right with your drink, your order, or your experience please tell us while you’re here. Give us the chance to fix it before you leave. 🥹

We’re human. Our baristas are human. Mistakes can happen, especially during busy days, but we will always do our best to make things right. Whether your drink needs to be remade, you want it a little sweeter, or something just isn’t what you expected pleaseeee just let us know. We don’t bite 😂

Seeing a 1-star review after the fact, especially when we had no idea something was wrong, can be really disheartening for a small business. Reviews have a much bigger impact on us than people sometimes realize.

And this isn’t just about Brewkada. If you love a local café, restaurant, shop, or ANY small business, tell people about them. Leave the 5-star review. Tag them. Share their post. Recommend them to your friends.

It’s funny how we’re so quick to leave a review when something goes wrong, but when we have a great experience, we think, “I’ll leave one later.” Then we forget. 😂
