Our last U of A Green & Gold Pop-up Market.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better way to end it.

We’ve always wished we could make more.

More pineapple buns. More Apple Fritters. More bakes. More for everyone who wants to try them.

But with the equipment, time, and capacity we have, there’s only so much we can make — and more importantly, we never want to compromise the quality of what we make just to produce more.

Every pop-up comes with the same little questions:

What if we make too much?
What if we don’t make enough?

So for our last U of A pop-up, we pushed ourselves a little further. We prepared more, worked a little longer, and tried our best to give more people a chance to bring our bakes home — without compromising what matters to us.

And yesterday, we couldn’t have asked for a better ending.

Seeing familiar faces come back, meeting new customers, and hearing so many of you say you found us because a friend recommended us meant more than you know.

Thank you to everyone who came, shared, recommended, brought a friend, followed us, and supported our little bakery. 🤍

We stayed up through the night getting everything ready. We were exhausted, nervous, and definitely running on very little sleep.

But seeing so many of you enjoy what we make made every bit of it worth it.

And a big thank you to the U of A team behind the Green & Gold pop-up Market for giving us the opportunity to be part of it. We’re so grateful. 🤍


And don’t worry, U of A friends — this isn’t goodbye. 🥹

We’ll be back at U of A for the Christmas Market, and we can’t wait to see you again!

In the meantime, we’ll still be at U of A every Saturday for pickup. You can pre-order ahead and choose U of A as your pickup location. See you there! 👋🏻

And just like that… our Ritchie farmers market season has come to an end. 🥹💛

Yesterday was our LAST farmers market of the season, and we just want to say a BIG thank you to everyone who came by, supported us, chatted with us, and made every market day so much fun. 🫶

From familiar faces to new ones, every visit, every conversation, and every little moment meant so much to us. We’re so grateful for all the memories we made this season and for being part of such a wonderful community. 💛

But just to be clear… 👀

The farmers market season is ending - NOT us.

This is only the end of our market season, and we’re already getting ready for what’s next. ✨

Starting every Tuesday, we’ll have something NEW coming your way… and we can’t wait to finally share it with you.

Our kitchen was definitely a little extra busy past few weeks - but seeing all these boxes ready to go made it all worth it.
