This week, we're bringing a little taste of nostalgia to the Chaotic Sugar Studio kitchen. 💗
Introducing my Fijian-inspired Pink Cake, inspired by the classic Lamington. 🇫🇯
A soft, eggless white sponge cake coated in a sweet raspberry-pink sauce and finished with shaved coconut. Simple, nostalgic, and absolutely delicious with a cup of chai or coffee.

Just as the name promises. Our classic cookie dough loaded with generous chunks of chocolate. Simple, nostalgic, and exactly what a chocolate chip cookie should be.

STRAWBERRY CRUNCH
Our classic cookie dough studded with strawberry crunch and white chocolate. Sweet, creamy, crunchy, and unapologetically strawberry

MILO
A little taste of nostalgia. Inspired by the chocolate-malt goodness of Milo, with Milo chunks throughout our classic cookie dough. For the ones who grew up drinking Milo and the ones who simply can't resist that chocolate malt flavor.

SWEET & SALTY
Chocolate chunks, buttery toffee bits, salty pretzels, and potato chips all tangled together in one cookie. Sweet. Salty. Crunchy. Chewy. A little bit of everything, exactly as it should be.

Hi, it's me again!

I've been carrying this dream with me for years, and it's finally time to make it official.

After many sleepless nights, planning, baking, tasting, tweaking, perfecting... I've finally taken the step I was most afraid of.

I've officially launched myself and my dream into the world as Chaotic Sugar Studio by Nikita.

It's finally happening, guys. 🥹

I got my license. I got registered. I did things I honestly never thought I would even have the courage to try.

For a long time, I felt like I wasn't enough. That my baking wasn't enough. That maybe this dream was too big for me.

But year after year, I kept baking.

And through my baking, I watched people find joy. Happiness. Comfort. A little sweetness in their day.

And somewhere along the way, I realized that maybe this dream was worth taking a chance on.

So I'm taking that chance.

A dream I had as a little girl is finally taking its first real step into the world. 🤎

This is more than just starting a baking business for me. It's me finally believing that something I've carried in my heart for years deserves a chance to exist outside of my kitchen.

It's scary. It's exciting. It's a little chaotic.

And somehow, that feels perfectly fitting.

🍪 CHAOTIC SUGAR STUDIO (formerly known as The Chocolate Whisk) IS LOOKING FOR TASTE TESTERS 🍪

Something sweet is coming… and before I officially launch Chaotic Sugar Studio by Nikita, I need a few people who are willing to be brutally honest with me.

I’m looking for taste testers to try a selection of items currently being developed for the studio.

✨ What you get:
A box of treats to try, completely FREE.

✨ What I need from you:
Honest feedback on EVERY item you receive.

Each tester will get a feedback card with ratings for things like flavour, texture, sweetness, appearance and overall impression. You’ll also have space to tell me what you loved, what you didn't, and what you would change.

And please know this:

“I didn’t like it” is a perfectly valid answer.

I don't need compliments. I need honest opinions so I can make these products as good as they can possibly be before launch.

A few requirements:

🍪 You must be willing to try and rate every item provided
📝 You must complete the feedback card
📍 You must be able to pick up your tester box in West Edmonton
⏰ Feedback must be returned by the requested date

There will be a limited number of tester spots.

If you'd like to be considered, comment TASTER below or send me a message telling me a little bit about yourself and why you'd make a good taste tester.

A late post, but I couldn't resist sharing this Barbie-themed birthday cake created for a very special birthday girl 💖

This cake was so much fun to bring to life!

🍫 Cake: Chocolate Cake
🍮 Filling: Vanilla Custard

One thing that's important to me when creating cakes is that the filling is rarely "just buttercream" unless specifically requested. I love incorporating complementary flavours and textures that enhance the cake and frosting, creating a more balanced and memorable dessert experience. I offer a variety of options to help make each cake unique.
