Even though you are a mother, you are also an individual, much more than just a caregiver. You are magnificent and capable of so much; always remember that. Here at Utopía, we always want you to remember how wonderful you are. ❤️

I know, moms, I know it’s hard, but sometimes it helps to look beyond our roles as caregivers to our little ones and take a moment to care for ourselves, so we can genuinely give them the best of who we are. Do it for yourself, do it for them; just take it one step at a time, even when it’s challenging.

Remember, here at Utopía, we’re always here to offer a gentle reminder and a safe space, a place to start taking care of both yourself and your little one. ✨

WE HEARD YOU!! So many of you guys wanted us to launch a program from younger kids, so WE MADE IT HAPPEN 🥳

Now, this is a parented class which gives us more flexibility with ages so yes, now you can bring both your baby and your toddler or any and all the kid ages 0-5.

This will be a Friday morning class, since that was our most requested time and date based on our surveys. Message me if you have any questions!
