To provide you with the best sashimi and sushi, we have fresh fish flown weekly from Tsukiji, Japan (the world's largest fish market), California, Nova Scotia, and the B.C. Their unique design allows for very high temperatures while keeping meats, seafood and vegetables juicy and tender.
