We are Edmonton's first artisan gourmet ice pops entrepreneurs. We started selling our popsicles at City Market Downtown in February 2015...that's right in the middle on winter! But through hard work and dedication, we received the 2015 AFMA "Bake it, Grow it, Produce it" award.

With this afternoon tea menu, we made a lot of friends in Edmonton. On August 30, 2026, we had the privilege to bring our afternoon tea to the Whitemud Equine Learning Center Association Whitemud Equine Learning Centre (WELCA)

A special shout-out to Stephanie Ms. Hangry Foodie for helping us be on the culinary scene when she came incognito for afternoon tea at the cafe a few years ago 🙏

There are social media influencers who visit a business, create a hype and just like that, the hype dies down. Not with Stephanie. Also, another dear friend of us who does so much for Edmonton is Naomi ʏᴇɢᴄᴏɴɴᴇᴄᴛᴏʀ | Naomi 🏆

Being fussy about brownies is something we are aware of at Cafe Bel Air. We in fact have a white chocolate ganache brownie on our afternoon tea platter 💕

Now we're launching a brownie cake with salted caramel raspberry 😍

Our little island of Mauritius, thought unknown to many, has a rich colonial history - Portuguese, Dutch, French and British, pretty much all of them influenced our island. We definitely inherited the French pastries 💕
