Let us introduce you to the tasty food of El Salvador via the authentic cooking of a grandmother and her family. Our restaurant is named after our Beautiful mother/grandmother who we truly loved and had so much respect for. Her name was Maria Mercedes, whom we always called "Mama Menche."
