Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp: Vanilla ice cream with a house made strawberry rhubarb jam and chunks of gluten free crisp. Local rhubarb comes from Happy Acres Farm just 30 minutes away! (contains dairy, eggs)

Toasted Coconut & Lime (vegan): Creamy coconut-oat vegan ice cream brightened with fresh lime and swirled with golden toasted coconut. (oat milk is not certified gluten free)

We have two new additions to our summer menu - haskap swirl and mint chip.

Haskap swirl is a creamy vanilla ice cream ribboned with organic haskap berries from . Tart, jammy, and deeply berry-forward, haskap tastes like a cross between blueberry, raspberry, and blackcurrant - the perfect pop of prairie fruit in every scoop.

Mint chip, a summer favourite has returned. Refreshing peppermint ice cream with dark chocolate flakes - no green dye, no artificial colour, just a cool and classic scoop done properly.

Common allergens for both are dairy and eggs. These beauties add two more gluten free options to the menu. Which one are you trying first? 👇

June flavours have arrived!

Maple Walnut: Maple Walnut may have a simple name, but the flavours are anything but. Made with real maple syrup and freshly toasted walnuts, it’s rich, creamy and just the right amount of nostalgic. A classic for a reason - especially when it’s made with real ingredients that shine. (contains dairy, egg, tree nuts)

Potato Chip and Hickory Stick: A sweet cream ice cream loaded with crunchy, chocolate-coated potato chips and hickory sticks. To balance the salt we and a rich caramel swirl. Sweet, salty, smoky and crunchy - it’s the perfect crave-worthy scoop. We ran this as a micro batch last summer and it sold out in record time. (contains dairy, egg)

Chocolate Peanut Butter (vegan): A vegan chocolate ice cream made with coconut and oat milk. A snappy peanut butter sauce swirl that gives a salty-sweet finish. Deeply chocolatey, perfectly peanutty, and dangerously easy to love. (contains peanuts, oat milk is not certified gluten free)

All aboard for Annie Rue After Hours! We’re celebrating summer on July 10th with an exclusive, adults-only event aboard one of vintage streetcars. We will spend some time on top of the High Level Bridge for an acoustic music set and enjoy dreamy floats made with our craft ice cream. 🌟Micro Batch Alert🌟

Peanut fudgy butter cake is now available in scoops and pints.

Sweet cream ice cream, peanut butter swirl, chunks of fudge and chunks of gooey butter cake. This one is for those of you who like a chunky ice cream! (Contains dairy, egg, peanuts, gluten and soy)

Like all micro batches we make one batch and when it’s honey it’s gone. They’re usually around for a couple of days.

🫐 Wild blueberry is heading into hibernation for a little while. 💙

Last year’s wildfires had a major impact on wild blueberry harvests, and the ripple effects are still being felt with limited supply and significantly higher costs this season.

We’ll miss this one - so if it’s one of your favourites, come grab a scoop while you still can.
