This cake was designed like couture — layer by layer, with delicate fondant draping that falls in soft, flowing folds like silk, echoing the movement and elegance of a bridal gown.

When I create a wedding cake, I think about more than its appearance. I think about the venue, the flowers, the dress, the atmosphere — and the moment you walk into the room and see everything you imagined finally come together.

The goal is not simply to make a beautiful cake.

It is to create something so personal that it could belong to no other wedding but yours.

Because long after the cake has been shared and the celebration is over, you will still have the photographs — and the memory of how it felt to see it for the first time.
