Eight years ago today, we opened our doors at 10706 124th street for the first time...
And Serge Belair was one of our first customers that day!
While we're no longer running the retail store every day, here's what we've been up to lately:
🥪 Smoked Meat & Bagel Sandwiches are served every Saturday and Sunday at our shop
🧀 Charcuterie Boards can be pre-ordered online for pickup/delivery throughout the week
🥩 Our award-winning smoked meats and fish can be found on restaurant menus around town - and we offer our honey hams every holiday!
🍽 We opened a collaborative restaurant space - The Hub on Whyte Ave , featuring three incredible brands on Whyte Ave
🚃 We launched the charcuterie cart , a mobile catering bar for boutique indoor & outdoor events
🥯 We grew our partnership with Beb's Bagels
🍳 We're building Scale: Edmonton Commercial Kitchen Rentals , a launchpad and co-working facility for food entrepreneurs
