Been in it for a minute. Before MAD Eats, before the food trailer, and before I had any real money to throw around, I was already putting on events with my friends in the Kootenays. We weren’t just showing up to parties. We were finding venues, hiring DJs, setting everything up, promoting the nights and doing all the s**t behind the scenes. None of us had much money, but put two or three of our bank accounts together and suddenly we had enough to roll the dice and make something happen.
When I turned 18 my mom shipped me off to Alberta to work for my uncle’s concrete company. I was pretty pi**ed because I’d just graduated and missed that whole summer back home with the scene we’d been building.
Gotta say I’m happy where I am now. Even if I don’t particularly love this portion of the Island.
Eventually the hot dog cart turned into MAD Eats and the food trailer gave me the room to expand the menu and turn it into what it is today.
Funny enough after all these years I still ended up doing a lot of the same s**t I was doing back then. Building events, hauling equipment, feeding crowds and trying to make a good time happen. Apparently I never really left the event industry, I just added burgers and now pizza starting tomorrow 🍔🍕

Decent! Look, boys, things are about to get greasydelicious down at the MAD Eats cart.

Julian’s got his drink, Bubbles is looking after a new family of stray kitties out back, and Ricky managed to wire up a brand-new, high-tech pizza oven straight into the food cart without blowing up the whole damn park. Smokes, let's go—we got pies to bake! 🍕🔥

We aren't just slinging those legendary smash burgers and hot dogs anymore; we’re upgrading to full-on gourmet pizza piping hot out of the oven. Perfectly melted cheese, crispy crusts, and enough pepperoni to satisfy Corey and Trevor (if they don't mess it up). Come on down, grab a slice, and get a piece of the action before Cyrus rolls through and tries to ruin it. Smokes, let's go! 🍕🛒
