, , take note guys: Hello, my name is Joseph Hebert, I have followed every step in my complaint regarding the mcfd south Okanagan in the abduction of my daughter. And at the provincial level no one seems to have the power to intervene. And at every level from the ombudsperson to the mla it's our collective opinion that they have acted in an unlawful and immoral level. Committing forgery, defamation of character, lies, etc. Now how can we get this resolved? My daughter has been in their care and attention for 5 years and this has to be taken care of immediately

I need a lawyer who can simply destroy the mcfd In court as these precedents almost mine to a tee....except in my case they altered the complaint using my name instead of Eddie etifier.....my ex s new spouse.....as well they committed forgery to keep her from me....as well as numerous other unlawful acts, alienating my daughter from me .....not allowing my freedom if information.....been a year now since I applied.

Sorry joewheelz never ever did take flight as the MCFD made sure to take away my income by getting the cmha in Duncan to get my car taken away by reporting I was dealing drugs out of my car. Sean called in a favor from officer spidell.... Who immediately drove up to my car and took it off the road, tearing up my license plates immediately... For a crack in the windshield. ..5 other police officers checked on me stating they weren't going to take my car from me... Spidell didn't care what they had to say... He said he got a call.... While he searched through my car unwarranted....I was delivering clients to their destinations..... Nothing more....
Then after that incident an employee at Warmland shelter in Duncan reported me ra**ng one of their clients..... Not on site, no evidence, no reason, other then the fact that I was fighting with the MCFD for my daughter who kept her from me, unjustified, seeing I have a clean criminal record... They had to try everything they could to make look bad in court.... So all they had to do was call Sean Redman of Warmland shelter who enjoys torturing people.... Oh ya this guy who has so much fun keeping me from my daughter.... Had an incident himself involving alcohol, a vehicle and a little girl.....hmmmm sounds like all the things he took from me.... Except I don't drink...ALL this just to be a d**k!!!! But hey so the employees at Warmland shelter are driving new vehicles...... Coincidence???? I don't think so.....I would have flourished....I gained a large customer base immediately....I did the name search, etc.....a registered Canadian business that would have done amazing.... Shut down so because the mcfd worker didn't read the complaint against my ex and her spouse fully..... Immediately placing me in that position a YEAR later... You see Eddie her new partner is filthy and violent and molested my daughter... But Shawna didn't even read it far enough to see the name Eddie.... Until she set in motion all the necessary groundwork to make me homeless.... And since then....4 years ago they've been doing it to me over and over and over.
I did it all for my daughter.

Attention Mcfd,

Just so you all know. I have not had much of a life outside of British Columbia...outside of work...outside of being a provider my entire life....and being a parent....

I have barely even had time to take vacation time as my family has always needed the money....i have not been to Venice, Mexico, Australia, Egypt, Rome, Greece, Italy, Colorado, California, Japan, Spain, New Zealand.....Not a single one.....my entire life MCFD....I gave up my entire life to help raise all these children that weren't mine.....for over 25 years and you think all of a sudden you are going to make me look like a bad father???

Think again....im glad my mother taught me to speak with government officials, I'm glad I actually have a brain to catch your stupid idiotic MISTAKES....im glad that you think you're far superior to everyone on this planet including our forefathers and our judges....

You may fool them all for now....snd you may be the one with possession of my daughter....but that's for now Mcfd....and the thing is....its all illegal....and i will accept no less then 10 million now.....

Once this goes to court I will be trying to charge all involved with the kidnapping if my daughter....unjustifiably....

As I've stated many times....i want prison sentences...as you continuously refer to me as a less then capable father....i must be extra capable.....because I'm living on the street and I'm still destroying the hell out of you KELLY and Laura...

I'm doing my penance and suffering FOR the sake of my daughter.....youve thrown all you got at me Kelly....there's nothing left you've absolutely exhausted your arsenal....

Why is the mcfd allowed to police themselves?
Been through the entire gambit of their failsafes the complaint department as well as the child advocacy group.....seems the director of the south okanagan has power over them as well...
Advocacy group stated "I understand how difficult this is on you we dont have the power to return your daughter" and complaints department states "I have to ask the director to compensate me for them creating my homelessness...." no mention of the worker assuming responsibility for alienating me from my daughter for year......and even though they controlled the complaints department.... why are they not compensating me..... it's been over a month and Laura Tyliszczak, director of the south okanagan, refuses to pay me or even respond to me..

Spidell(special unit, rcmp) In Duncan BC figured hes a mechanic and told me since my clutch was starting to go ge decided its unsafe for the road...not realizing no matter what if the clutch goes Spidell you can always put it in neutral ...Didnt ur daddy teach you to drive stick? But officer in command agreed because that crack I the windshield means the car could potentially fall apart....that glass is like steal you know? Then a falsified unwarranted search of my car, followed by stealing and destroying my plates....so ya as soon as I acquire another vehicle u shall carry on helping people with this nonprofit company....I'm here for you guys....too bad Spidell is one of the main reason we have people drinking and driving...spider box ones any car running after 11:00 at night. ..as all the police officers here say repeatedly n....Duncan closes at 11:00 because we say so....even the local taxi gets harrassed....welcome to my new home.....Duncan BC.....as SPIDELL would say...."we got a phone call"," we got a phone call" "we got a phone call"and guess what else after he tried to run me off the road with his civilian vehicle "I got a complaint. ...from the chick in the passenger seat" meanwhile other civilians are pullingocer where he endangers every one of them.....then proceeds to run me into the ditch,.....then comes up to me and declares my car unsafe?" Apparently when you do a good deed in Duncan it always has to be punished always.....the newspapers promoted no drinking and driving with a picture of a guy in a wheel chair. ..sorry my man, dont blame the drinking driver....SPIDELL gave the driver no options now did he? Its gus fault that happened to you.
