Our annual tradition continues with our FREE Christmas Dinner on December 25th. Come one, and come all, because nobody should be alone at Christmas.
It’s tough times in Alberta right now, there’s a lot of people that are having challenges, the last thing we want to see is people alone at Christmas and having challenges … just enjoy company and fellowship, that’s kind of what it’s about.”

Tied for our second best year in terms of total numbers.

This year we had the most takeouts since the event started in 1983.

Thank you to the 30 volunteers who gave up their Christmas Day to be with us.

And special thanks to Dave and Ash from Yavis Family Restaurant for hosting the dinner.

It’s very sad that we are not doing it this year but very proud that Misra Dave did it on his own yesterday and had 110 free takeout Turkey Dinners yesterday!! Great job!!

2019: Another amazing year with the greatest bunch of volunteers. We want to thank these 40+ volunteers and the dozen donors and the hardworking team of organizers who work throughout December to put this on each year. Each year we strive to put on a (free) event that welcomes anyone in the community who doesn’t otherwise have a holiday turkey dinner to enjoy. The smiles on these faces are infectious.
