We’re so excited we just can’t hide it!
The overwhelmingly talented is with us tomorrow night to showcase 6 courses of beautifully crafted dishes. Of Cambodian descent, expect stunning South East Asian flavours with classic French techniques. Chef Yen did not win Top Chef from out of nowhere, with MULTIPLE recommendations and Bib Gourmands and a stint as personal Chef to Prime Minister Trudeau, Chanthy is a true star in the kitchen.
