“My husband and I have always been captivated by the beauty of Japanese cuisine; its balance of flavors, precision, and deep-rooted traditions. Our love for it took us to Japan more than 20 times, and even led us to live in Tokyo and Osaka, where we immersed ourselves in the art of authentic Japanese cooking.

Before coming to Fredericton, I spent years perfecting my craft in Montreal, working in a Japanese restaurant and specializing in sushi and traditional dishes. Every roll, every cut, every dish I make is a reflection of that journey; one built on passion, experience, and a deep appreciation for the cuisine we love.
