Despite the rainy forecast this past Tuesday, Mother Nature showed her love for what we are doing at Lil E and gave us a window of no rain for our 2nd annual Lil E Charity Tour de Banff ride! 🫶

Michaela found her dancing shoes today and had the whole team smiling alongside Kristen and Sam 💛

From oldies classics to spontaneous dance moves, Dance at the cafe is always full of laughter, connection, and the kind of joy that fills the whole café. These moments may look simple, but they build confidence, friendship, leadership, and belonging in such meaningful ways.

At Lil E, smiles aren’t just about having fun (although we definitely do that too). They’re about confidence being built, friendships forming, new skills being learned, and a workplace where people feel supported enough to grow.✨

Fun morning with our friends from the Calgary Flames, as Colin Patterson (Flames Alumni, 1989 Stanley cup winner and SuperHEROS  Hockey ambassador) dropped by to gift us a signed Flames jersey from Brian McGratten (Flames alumni) from the Shoresy Winter Classic fundraising hockey game. Which raised funds for SuperHEROS hockey program and other local charities. Community supporting community. 🙏💛☕️
