Almost 20 years ago, I made one of the best decisions of my life. I joined the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program and was matched with an 11 yr old, bright✨shining star looking for a future filled with hope and love.
Today, I couldn’t be more proud of the smart, confident & kind young woman my little sister Melissa Ann McCool has grown into. Wise beyond her years, she’s an old soul that gives great advice and is always a caring shoulder to lean on. She’s still a huge part of my life, and the best Auntie Mel to my daughter. And, every once a while she comes to work with me 🫶Keep shining bright girl 🌟

Our grilled lamb chops are probably one of our most popular appetizers … we always save the best for last😋 We marinate them with fresh rosemary + fig balsamic, and serve with a mint vinaigrette dipping sauce. Which is your favorite??

New to the menu that we’re loving this summer 🍋 Italian themed lunch buffets 🌿 all about dining al fresco, this chicken cutlet is the star 💫 with arugula, lemon zest and parmesan petals - everything at lunch served slightly warm or room temperature, for a light + breezy lunch with lots of veggies, salads and bright lemon vinaigrettes.
