I am writing to share some important news regarding Nickie Ts. Moving forward, I will no longer be running the restaurant, and I am incredibly excited to announce that Marie Fraser (Carolyn Fraser) will be taking it over!I

I want to wish Marie nothing but the absolute best in this next chapter. She brings so much passion, dedication, and talent to the table, and I have zero doubt that she will do an amazing job leading the brand forward. Marie has a remarkable culinary creativity and an incredible eye for detail, meaning you can expect delicious food and high quality you love, plus some exciting new flavors.

She is truly the perfect person to step into this role, and her energy is exactly what the restaurant needs. The future of Nickie Ts is in wonderful hands, and I cannot wait to watch her take it to even greater heights.
