Scallop rolls are a customer favourite!! Here are 3 questions we get asked daily!

1- How big are they?
2- Is the scallop roll like a lobster roll…mixed with
mayo?
3- Are they deep fried?

Well, our scallop rolls are made of world famous Digby scallops. We NEVER deep fry any of our seafood. Instead the scallops are thrown on the grill in a butter bath, topped with lemon pepper and grilled to perfection!! The butter toasted hot dog bun makes the perfect landing spot for those amazing little scallops! No mayo-ever, but the side of tartar and coleslaw are the most amazing touch!

Get yours today, eat in or take out, for $18.50. Make it a platter, add fries and coleslaw for $6 more!

Scallop Days is happening this week- Aug 6-9, 2026! While you’re in Digby this weekend take a trip down Digby Neck.

Here at the Cafe we do some pretty seriously delicious things with local Digby Scallops!
Come grab a seafood chowder, a scallop roll that’s to die for, or a Caesar Salad that is a summer favourite!!

August 3rd in this beautiful picturesque province of Nova Scotia is Natal Day! A day to celebrate all things NS!

Nova Scotia means "New Scotland" in Latin, no place in the province is more than 67 km from the ocean, and it features the world's highest tides in the Bay of Fundy.

Nova Scotia has approximately 13,300 kilometres of total coastline according to official tourism data.

The Bay of Fundy moves more water every 12 hours than all the combined rivers on Earth.

Sable Island, a tiny crescent of sand located 300 kilometres off the coast, is home to a famous herd of roughly 500 wild horses and hundreds of recorded shipwrecks.

The province is dotted with 185 historic lighthouses, including Peggy’s Cove, one of the most photographed structures in the world.

Debbies done it again!! Come in today to enjoy a warm bowl of apple crisp covered in a scoop of ice cream! Makes a great addition to a lazy afternoon, enjoying a meal on our deck! ☀️

We LOVE our new mugs! Grab a few for your own hot drinks at home, or pass them along - they make great gifts!!

It might be another rainy day, but rainy days are perfect for warm, grill fried haddock & scallops, burgers, fries, BLTS, a clubhouse and so much more.
We’ve got simply the BEST Turkey & Rice soup, a warm filling Lentil soup and Debbie’s famous chowder if you are looking to warm up your insides! Pair it with a cup of tea or coffee to really do the trick!
