Fall is bringing some changes to Grandma’s, and I’m so excited to share what I’ve been working on. A new era, if you will—with more delicious reasons to pop in and visit! 🥰

It’s Saturday, folks! ☀️🍂

The sun is shining beautifully, but I can feel that little coolness in the air. Fall is here! The leaves are changing, the daylight is changing, and Grandma’s is changing too! 💛

Today we’re OPEN from 12 pm until 10 pm! Come grab a treat, stay for a visit and enjoy a little bit of your Saturday with us. 🍦

Tomorrow we’ll be closed to the public for private programming—but there’s still time to join us! 🎨

The Artsy Thistle is bringing “Dolly in Full Colour” to Grandma’s for an afternoon of painting, celebrating Dolly’s music, courage and wisdom. You can even choose your own guitar colour!

What a great night with a wonderful group of tweens! 💛

Our very first Tween Night at Grandma’s was full of busy hands, singing voices and so much laughter.

We made supper together, ate together, crafted together, sang together and laughed together. Watching everyone settle in, get creative and enjoy being themselves was my favourite part. 🥰

Thank you to every tween who joined in and made the evening their own, and to the families who trusted me with them.

These are the moments I hoped Grandma’s would be filled with. A place to gather, make friends, try something new and leave with happy memories.

My heart is full. Thank you for being part of our first Tween Night! 💛

Hello, October! 🍂🧡

A new month is here, and you’ll start to notice some changes at Grandma’s. Some big, some small, and lots to look forward to!

Our first change starts today: Grandma’s will be closed to the public every Thursday.

Thursdays will be busy behind the scenes as we host private youth programs and fill the shop with delicious things for the weekend! These days give us time to prepare, create, and make room for some special experiences for the kids in our community. 💛

We’re sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we settle into this next chapter at Grandma’s.

Deseronto and beyond, get your toonies ready! 🍦

The sun is trying to shine, and we’re getting ready for Toonie Tuesday! We’re opening an hour later today, so come see us 4 pm to 9 pm for a small ice cream for just $2.

Bring the kids, meet a friend, or pop in for a cone after supper. I’d love to see the shop full of familiar faces tonight. Let’s see how many small ice creams we can scoop in five hours! 💛

💙 Got a case of the Monday blues? Come spend the evening with us!

Monday Melodies & Milkshakes are back tonight at Grandma’s, and there’s always a seat waiting for you. Come enjoy the music, share a few laughs, visit with familiar faces and treat yourself to something sweet.

Grandma’s Kitchen Party will be filling the shop with music from 7pm to 9pm, and all milkshakes are $1 OFF all night long! 🎶🥤

Come with your family, bring a friend or stop by on your own. You’ll be welcomed just the same. 💛

Sometimes a milkshake, a little music and some good company are exactly what a Monday needs.

We were watching the MTV Awards tonight when we spotted one of the performers enjoying an ice cream cone right in the middle of the show! 😂🍦

Apparently, anytime is ice cream time… even when you’re performing on one of the biggest stages!

Honestly, we couldn’t agree more. There is never a bad time for ice cream! 💛
