Still doesn’t feel real saying that.

We surprised our head chef, Momma, with this in the dining hall and had her open it herself… a small moment, but one we’ll never forget.

From Tsawwassen to all across Delta… this means everything.

This isn’t just an award. It’s years of hard work, late nights, and the love that goes into every dish.
