The Delta Division of Family Practice represents family physicians in the communities of Ladner and Tsawwassen.

The Delta Division of Family Practice partnered with Delta Cascades Casino to bring a wonderful Resource Fair for seniors. The event had various Senior Service Providers, resources with wellness and safety information and so much more.

Community Day 2026
Saturday, September 12th, 2026
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Over 500 people attended the event at the Parkgate Plaza.
There was live music, craft and pottery sale and community tables with local businesses and organizations. Thank you to Mount Seymour Lions Clubs International for the delicious BBQ and BeanAround the World for the coffee!

Heart to Home Meals gave away a $50 Gift basket, delicious butter tarts and some ice cream.

It was a very well organized and well attended event. Thank you, Parkgate Community Services Society, for inviting Heart to Home Meals Vancouver, we will see you in 2027!!
