Wednesday, May 27th, 6–8pm, enjoy a curated night of wine, food, and the Lower Mainland’s best patio setting. Each course is designed to highlight seasonal ingredients and bold, balanced flavours, paired perfectly throughout the evening.
Wild mushroom arancini with whipped goat cheese
Crisp arancini filled with earthy mushrooms, served with light whipped goat cheese.
Crisp lingcod with duck fat fries and lemon–tarragon beurre blanc
Lightly panko-crusted lingcod with rich duck fat fries and a bright lemon–tarragon beurre blanc.
Compressed watermelon salad with lime vinaigrette and balsamic pearls
Sweet compressed watermelon, goat's cheese with a zesty lime vinaigrette and bursts of balsamic pearls.
Duck confit with wild mushroom ragout and pickled cherries
Slow-cooked duck with savoury mushroom ragout and bright pickled cherries.
Beef tenderloin with fondant potato, asparagus, arugula, and mustard vinaigrette
