Throughout the years we have had our fair share of challenges , but one thing that remains constant is the support of our farming community. Our admiration, respect & appreciation for our local food producers and farmers is bountiful and without them BonTon & Company could not exist. Yukon Farms have been and continue to be the driving force behind our menus. The team at BonTon would like to give a few shoutouts to the Yukon farmers & food producers that keep us inspired to keep doing what we are doing.
Focusing on local foods in a smaller northern community like Dawson City has its struggles and triumphs but the bounty we receive from the hardworking farmers, foragers & food producers is always astonishing to us. We are constantly amazed at the array of delicious foods we have access to.
