Calling all Bread Heads!
We’re looking for a new baker to join our bread production team. Birdies is an exclusively sourdough bakery, where we mill local grains for all of our baked goods. Our bread program focuses solely on naturally leavened, slow fermented bread, and high quality, local ingredients.
