We want to take a moment to say thank you for everything you’ve done to help us run Chick N’ Chill. As first-time business owners, we’ve learned so much from the people around us—especially our staff and colleagues who have experience in the restaurant and business industry. You were one of those people who quietly helped us learn and grow.
Joan, you have always worked hard without needing recognition. You gave us honest feedback, shared your knowledge, and always did it with genuine intentions. You were not someone who simply pointed out what was wrong—you helped us see how we could make things better.
We truly appreciate people who are intentional in their actions, who don’t judge, but instead choose to help others succeed. That’s the kind of person you have been to us.
Thank you for being a role model to your colleagues, for believing in what we’re building, and for helping us become better business owners along the way.
