Touchdown!!.Now we are officially EL Centro Pizza the HOT ROCKS PIZZA PLACE. Big Thanks to Felix and Stephan flew from montreal to make sure perfection in installation. To Tom and Derrik from EMS mechanics and to Gordy who made moving 2 tons oven so easy. To the team of Hot Rocks for the great service and who made this happened Fabrizio. BTW we tried the oven cooked few pizzas and I must say I was overwhelmed with the outcome.Tasty !

And of course El centro loyals that after a year they showed us how dear we were to them and we missed you bunch, was nice to see every single one of you, it is true to call you our family and friends. We are still in renovation and mid of december our grand opening going to be. Sam' s pictou county brown sauce still be available ans so El cetro tangy italien tomato sauce, sweet sauce, spicy sauce for all tastes.
