Finally, our kitchen chef is back and we're now able to run in full capacity. But we still have not enough rotation to open on Sunday, hopefully can get more people in soon.

Recently, some of our customers have asked about Sushi Koshio appearing on Viewpoint. To be transparent: we have listed the restaurant for sale.

This was not an easy decision. I’m the owner of two restaurants, both of which I built from the ground up. Both have grown strong and continue to do well. However, like many small businesses, we’ve been facing ongoing staffing shortages—and the situation has reached a point where it’s difficult to maintain regular hours at both locations.

Rather than compromising the quality or consistency of either restaurant, I’ve made the difficult choice to focus my full attention and resources on one. To help guide that decision, I’ve listed both locations and will let the market show the way forward.

No matter what happens, Sushi Koshio will continue doing what it has always done: serving our neighborhood with the same care and quality you’ve come to expect.
