The last few weeks have been a challenge. Between product shortages and staffing hurdles, we’ve had to make some tough calls, including temporary closures. We want you to know that we care deeply about every single dish that leaves our kitchen.
Your compliments fuel our passion, and your critiques weigh on us—not because we’re discouraged, but because we are constantly asking how we can do better.
